There may be conflicts of interest, contractual limitations, lack of resources or other factors that may prevent us from moving forward. However, there are a few aspects that you must keep in mind as follows:

• The suggested program or idea must not create personal harm to an individual or a group
• The suggested program or idea must not create any legal liability due to it being illegal or expressly forbidden by a jurisdiction
• The suggested program or idea must not violate an existing patent, registered trademark or intellectual property
• The suggested program or idea must not deprive an incarcerated or non-incarcerated individual of their basic rights
• The suggested program or idea must not be a conduit to transmit contraband, explicit content or other information to the correctional institutions that are generally considered non-permissible.
